Anxiety is treated in two ways, counseling and medication. Patients with general anxiety can be treated through psychotherapy. In case of complex anxiety, both medication and counseling are needed. In some cases it is treated with medication and in some cases with counseling.
Anxiety treatment is not the same for all patients. Some are treated with medication and some with counseling. But some need both counseling and drug treatment.
What to do to avoid anxiety?
Bad lifestyle is also one of the main causes of anxiety, so lifestyle should be improved. Nutritious and balanced diet, adequate sleep, regular exercise, positive thinking are necessary. There is a risk of increasing anxiety in people who have a lot of work load, in such a case, work load should be reduced.
