Emotional means emotional and addiction means intoxication, that is, this whole word means a kind of emotional intoxication, in which a person starts to be intoxicated to behave or feel in a particular way. Like many times one of the two loving couples gets emotional addiction of the other. In such a situation, if that partner does not fulfill that habit i.e. emotional need, then they start getting upset. Emotion is there in all of us and it is also necessary for us. Make it your habit for a month that you wake up every morning and do meditation for some time. During this, pay attention to the feelings and emotions that you are seeing while observing yourself. These things can help you identify the triggers that are causing your habit-forming thoughts to keep popping up in your mind again and again.
