Afraid of what might have happened, he asked the nurse the next day who alerted him to blood on his T-shirt. The nurse advised Gyan Bahadur to be tested.
In 2017, there was a problem of water drops coming out from her right breast. At that time, he underwent all the check-ups at Chirayu Hospital. The doctor said everything was normal and prescribed medicine. While prescribing the medicine, the doctor said "everything is normal but don't squeeze your chest". For that reason, he speculated that the blood might have come from scratching with nails.
However, following the nurse's advice, he decided to do the test once. Did all the tests in teaching. The results after the test were abnormal.
After the test, it was found that she had breast cancer. Gyan Bahadur is the first man in Nepal to be diagnosed with breast cancer.

Breast cancer occurs not only in women but also in men. Out of 1,000 breast cancer patients, three to four, i.e. less than one percent, are seen in men. It has not been discovered that this is the main cause of breast cancer in men, but there are many risk factors.
Abnormal changes in the cells in the breast, due to their uncontrolled and unnecessary growth, lumps, lumps and non-healing lesions are called breast cancer. Although it is seen that breast cancer mostly affects women, recently men are also affected by this disease. Arun Shahi says.

Due to bad lifestyle and diet, obesity has become a problem for many people. Obesity is also causing many diseases. Because of this, there is also a possibility of breast cancer in men. Obesity increases the number of fat cells in the body and later it can cause tumors. In addition, fat cells increase the amount of estrogen in the body, which is one of the causes of breast cancer in men, he said.
Shahi says that men who smoke a lot and drink a lot of alcohol are more likely to develop breast cancer.
Men who work at night in factories and work in radiation-exposed areas are also at risk of breast cancer. In addition, men who take hormonal therapy are also at risk. Shahi says.
Symptoms

- Be physically active. Do regular exercise, yoga, pranayama.
- Stay positive and energetic.
- Do not eat processed food, junk food.
- Reduce stress, get enough rest.
- If there are unnecessary lumps in the body, if the color has changed, get tested immediately.
- If hereditary cancer runs in the family, the risk is high. Therefore, it should be checked once a year to see if there is cancer in time.
- Even if the message that breast cancer should be identified and treated in its early stages can be conveyed to everyone, the risk of it can be avoided.
